THE FESTIVAL PALETTE BY JUVIA'S PLACE

¡Hola guapis!

Estaba esperando a que Beauty Bay pusiera a la venta la nueva paleta de Juvia's Place por que des de el momento en que la vi por Instagram me enamoré - fue amor a primera vista, de verdad os lo digo!

Así que hoy os traigo una review de la paleta junto con algunas imágenes del look que me he hecho!

I was waiting for Beauty Bay to launch the new Juvia's Place eyeshadow palette, because I fell in love with it since the very first moment I saw it on Instagram - it was love at first sight, I swear!

Today I am going to review this eyeshadow palette and I will show you some pictures of the final look I've achieved!

La paleta fue lanzada el 15 de Febrero en Estados Unidos, y tiene un coste de $17.50 (más los gastos de envío). Yo la he comprado a través de Beauty Bay y me ha costado £20 (23.40€) con envío gratis.

Ésta consta de 9 colores (4 shimmers y 5 mates), y según su creadora, está inspirada en las festividades Africanas. En la siguiente foto podéis ver swatches de los colores, en general todos pigmentan muchísimo y se difuminan muy bien! Además los colores con shimmer tienen una formulación muy cremosa.

The eyeshadow palette was released on the 15th of February in the US and it costs $17.50 (plus shipping). I have bought it on Beauty Bay and it cost £20 (23.40€) with free shipping.

It has 9 colours (4 shimmers and 5 mattes), and as it's creator said, it is inspired by African festivities. In the photo below you can see swatches of the colours, in general their pigmentation is amazing and they blend really easily! Moreover the shimmery shadows have a very soft and creamy formulation.

En el look que me he hecho ho he utilizado los tonos: Ofara, Iri Ji, Mmanwu y Uli. Quiero hacer otros looks probando el resto de tonos, y también quiero probar el tono Ofala por si solo ya que me esperaba que fuera más anaranjado -cuando te lo pones tira más a rojizo/rosado.

La duración es buenísima, no se acaba desmigando / rompiendo a lo largo de las horas, e imaginaros lo que puede llegar a aguantar con primer de ojos (se me olvidó ponérmelo, oops!) además de poder conseguir una mayor intensidad de los colores (que no es que tengan poca...)

In today's looks i've used these tones: Ofara, Iri Ji, Mmanwu y Uli. I want to try and make other looks trying the rest of the colours, as well as trying the colour Ofala by itself as I was expecting it to be more orange -when you apply it turns to be more red/pinkish.

The duration is excellent, it doesn't break through the hours, and imagine what they can last applying an eye primer (I forgot to put it...oops!) plus you can even get a major intensity of the colours by applying it!

Por lo que he probado estoy muy contenta con esta paleta, los colores son preciosos, perfectos para looks coloridos ahora que ya ha llegado la primavera y el verano se acerca. Si os gustan este tipo de tonos os la recomiendo muchísimo ya que es el valance perfecto entre calidad-precio! Y si sois de tonos más nude y neutros os recomiendo que echéis un vistazo a la paleta de esta marca que se llama "The Nubian" ya que es perfecta para looks a diario.

Juvia's Place es una marca que llevaba tiempo queriendo probar y la verdad es que no me ha decepcionado para nada. Os la recomiendo 100%!!

I am extremely happy with this palette, the colours are beyond beautiful, perfect for bright and colourful looks now that spring is here and summer is coming. If you like these type of tones I extremely recommend to purchase it as it's the perfect valance between price and quality! And if you are more into nude colours I recommend you to check the palette from this brand called "The Nubian" as it is perfect for everyday looks!

Juvia's Place is a brand which I was really looking forward to try and to be honest it hasn't disappointed me at all! I totally recommend it, 100%!
